CONTOH AUDIT ENERGI GEDUNG

Audit energi pada sebuah gedungperkantoran,  Sumber listrik  dari PLN dengan kapasitas  sebesar  1,1 MVA dipakai untuk melayani seluruh gedung  di komplek.

Sumber listrik untuk Gardu utama diperoleh dari tegangan menengah 20 kV, dan didistribusikan ke  gedung-gedung melalui 6 buah gardu yaitu, gardu A, C, D, E, F dan G, dengan distribusi sistem ring melalui tegangan menengah 20 kV.  Dari gardu-gardu tersebut sumber listrik disalurkan ke gedung-gedung melalui transformator penurun tegangan dari 20 kV ke sistem tegangan rendah 220/380 volt.

Beban penguna tenaga listrik yang terpasang di gedung-gedung sebagaian besar terdiri dari lampu penerangan, AC, dan peralatan kantor seperti komputer, printer, mesin photocopy, dispenser, TV dan lain-lain. Sebagai sumber listrik cadangan menggunakan Genset.

Gedung memiliki selubung bangunan jendela kaca dan dinding dari plaster. Beberapa lantai dalam ruangan memiliki peneduh dalam (venetian blind), dan jendela kaca pada dinding posisinya agak menjorok ke dalam.  Tinggi lantai ke langit-langit adalah 3,5 m.
